2. Website operator
This website is operated by Apolo Wellness. You can contact us at info@apolowellness.com or via WhatsApp at https://wa.me/306932336949.
3. Scope of services
Apolo Wellness provides two distinct types of service: (a) personal dog walking, delivered directly by Apolo, and (b) a concierge and referral service that collects enquiries about pet relocation, boarding, grooming, veterinary care, pet transport and related services, and helps connect customers with independent third-party providers. These terms cover both, and are clear throughout about which applies to a given service.
4. Direct dog-walking services
Dog walking is provided directly by Apolo, currently by Lu, in Palaio Faliro, Alimos, Kalamaki. Current pricing, areas and capacity are published on our Dog Walking page and form part of these terms when you book a walk. Apolo is directly responsible for the dog-walking service itself.
5. Referral and concierge services
For relocation, boarding, grooming, veterinary, transport and other referred categories, Apolo collects your enquiry, reviews it personally, and, only with your consent, introduces you to an independent provider it considers suitable. Apolo does not itself perform these services. See our Referral Disclosure for full detail.
6. Independent provider status
Pet relocation, boarding, grooming, veterinary care, pet transport and other referred services featured or arranged through Apolo Wellness are delivered by independent third-party providers. Apolo helps collect enquiries and make introductions but is not the provider of those services unless expressly stated.
7. Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry form is a request for Apolo to review your requirements. It is not a booking, an order, or an offer capable of acceptance, and does not create a contract between you and Apolo for a referred service. Apolo aims to acknowledge new enquiries within one working day, but this is a service aim, not a guaranteed response time.
8. Quotes
Where Apolo introduces you to an independent provider, that provider is solely responsible for any quotation they give you. Apolo does not set, guarantee, or take responsibility for a provider's pricing, availability, or the accuracy of a quote.
9. Bookings
A dog-walking booking is made directly with Apolo. A booking for any referred service (relocation, boarding, grooming and similar) is made directly between you and the independent provider, not with Apolo. Apolo is not a party to that booking.
10. Customer-provider contracts
Any contract for a referred service is formed directly between you and the independent provider, on that provider's own terms. Apolo is not a party to, and accepts no liability under, any contract you enter into with an independent provider.
11. Customer responsibilities
You agree to give Apolo and any introduced provider accurate, complete information relevant to your enquiry (for example your pet's health, behaviour, and travel requirements), to respond to reasonable requests for further information, and to deal directly and in good faith with any provider you are introduced to.
12. Provider responsibilities
Independent providers are solely responsible for the lawful, safe and competent delivery of their own services, for holding any licences, permits and insurance their work requires, and for their own pricing, contracts and customer care. Apolo's review process (see our Partner Network page) does not make Apolo responsible for a provider's acts or omissions.
13. Pricing
Dog-walking pricing is set directly by Apolo and published on our Dog Walking page. Pricing for any referred service is set entirely by the independent provider and confirmed directly with you; Apolo does not publish invented price ranges for services it does not itself deliver.
14. Referral commissions
Apolo Wellness may receive a referral fee or commission if you choose to book a service with an independent provider introduced through our website. This commercial relationship does not make the provider an employee, agent or branch of Apolo Wellness. Providers remain responsible for their own services, quotations, contracts, insurance, licences and customer care. Any customer-facing Apolo fee will be disclosed before the customer agrees to proceed.
15. Customer-facing fees
Apolo does not currently charge customers directly for making an introduction to a provider. If this changes, any customer-facing fee will be clearly disclosed before you agree to proceed, and this page will be updated to describe it.
16. Cancellation
Dog-walking cancellation arrangements are agreed directly with Apolo at the time of booking. For referred services, cancellation terms are set by the independent provider you book with; check these directly with them before confirming.
17. Complaints
If you have a complaint about Apolo's own conduct (for example, how an enquiry was handled or how a dog walk was delivered), contact us at info@apolowellness.com and we will look into it directly. If your complaint concerns an independent provider's service, we will help pass relevant, non-sensitive feedback to that provider where appropriate, but the provider is responsible for resolving complaints about its own service.
18. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Apolo is not liable for the acts, omissions, services, pricing, or conduct of any independent provider it introduces you to. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This section requires confirmation by a qualified legal professional before it should be relied on as a final liability position.
19. Website availability
We aim to keep this website available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and may suspend or change the site at any time, for example for maintenance.
20. Intellectual property
The Apolo Wellness name, logo and website content are owned by or licensed to Apolo Wellness, and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as needed to use the site normally (for example, sharing a link).
21. Prohibited use
You agree not to use this website to submit false or misleading information, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
22. Data protection
How we collect, use and protect your personal data is described in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.
23. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Greece, where Apolo Wellness operates. This is stated as a working default and requires confirmation by a qualified Greek or EU legal professional before it should be relied on as final.
24. Jurisdiction
Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your own country of residence, disputes are intended to be subject to the courts of Greece. This section requires legal confirmation before being relied on as final.
25. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example as the business or its services change. We'll update the effective date below when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
26. Contact information
