Our Approach

Building Apolo's provider network carefully

Apolo is developing relationships with independent pet-relocation and pet-care businesses in Greece.

Public provider profiles will only be published after we have gathered enough information to describe the business accurately and received permission to share it.

Until then, enquiries are reviewed personally. Where a possible provider can be identified, Apolo will explain the proposed introduction before any customer information is shared.

We would rather publish a small number of useful, properly documented profiles than create a large directory containing businesses we do not know well.

What we look at

  • Business identity
  • Services provided
  • Relevant licences
  • Insurance information
  • Staff experience
  • Languages spoken
  • Facility visit, where practical
  • Animal-welfare procedures
  • Emergency procedures
  • Customer communication
  • Pricing transparency
  • Suitability for international customers

How future provider profiles may be labelled

Future provider profiles will show what information has been confirmed and when it was last reviewed, not a generic seal of approval.

Personally visited by Apolo

This label will only appear once Apolo has personally visited the facility or met the provider in person.

Introductory meeting completed

This label will only appear after Apolo has spoken directly with the provider.

Documentation reviewed

This label will only appear when relevant documents have actually been reviewed.

Remote assessment only

This label appears when a provider has been reviewed from the information it has provided, without an in-person visit yet.

What future profiles will show

  • Services offered
  • Areas and routes covered
  • Languages spoken
  • Whether an introductory meeting has taken place
  • Whether Apolo has visited the premises
  • What information or documentation has been reviewed
  • Important things customers should know
  • Date the information was last checked

These checks have not already happened for a general list of businesses — each one is carried out individually, per provider, before that provider's profile is published.

Every enquiry is reviewed personally

Our public partner profiles are being prepared. In the meantime, Apolo reviews every enquiry individually and only proposes an introduction after checking the route, service required and provider availability. We will explain who the provider is before your details are shared.

Start a relocation enquiry and Apolo will review whether a realistic option may currently be available. For boarding, grooming or other local help, send a local pet-service enquiry instead.

Apolo's assessment does not replace a customer's own checks and does not guarantee availability, suitability or service outcomes. Independent providers remain responsible for the services they deliver.
