How the local-service process works
- 1. Tell Apolo what you need. The service, your area, rough dates and a short description of your pet. Approximate answers are fine.
- 2. The enquiry is reviewed. Apolo reads it personally and works out what would actually be required.
- 3. Possible options are researched. Where a suitable independent business may be available, Apolo identifies a possible next step.
- 4. You approve any introduction. Your details are not passed to a provider without your specific permission.
- 5. The provider confirms. The independent business confirms whether it can help, and sets its own availability, terms and pricing.
Not every enquiry reaches every step. If no suitable option is currently available, Apolo will tell you clearly.
Dog-walking pricing
Because Apolo delivers this service itself, the prices are fixed and published:
- 30-minute walk: €15
- First 30-minute walk: €10
- 60-minute walk: €25, by arrangement

Independent-provider pricing
Apolo does not publish prices for boarding, grooming, transport or any other referred service, and does not estimate them.
Each independent business sets its own pricing and confirms it with you directly. Anything Apolo quoted on their behalf would be guesswork.
Selected dog-walking areas
Dog walking is currently available in Palaio Faliro, Alimos and Kalamaki. Keeping the area focused is what makes a consistent, same-walker service possible.
Afternoons only, with a maximum of 2 dogs a day in total, and friendly dogs up to 15 kg. If you are outside these areas you can still send an enquiry, though availability depends on what can realistically be arranged.

Which services does Apolo provide directly?
Dog walking only, in Palaio Faliro, Alimos and Kalamaki. Everything else on this page would be delivered by an independent business.
Can Apolo guarantee a boarding place or a grooming appointment?
No. The local-provider network is still developing, so an introduction, quotation or booking cannot be guaranteed. If nothing suitable can currently be found, Apolo will say so plainly.
Does it cost anything to enquire?
No. Sending a local-service enquiry is free, and it is not a booking.
Who sets the price for boarding, grooming or transport?
The independent provider does. Apolo does not set, approve or guarantee another business's pricing, and does not publish invented price ranges for services it does not deliver itself.
Will my details be shared straight away?
No. Apolo explains which provider is being proposed and asks your permission before sharing anything.
What if I am outside the dog-walking areas?
Dog walking is currently limited to Palaio Faliro, Alimos and Kalamaki. You are still welcome to enquire about other services, though availability depends on the provider.
Can I ask about more than one service at once?
Yes. Mention everything you need in the same enquiry and Apolo will look at it together.
How quickly will I hear back?
Apolo reviews every enquiry personally rather than sending an automated reply, so timing varies. If something is time-sensitive, say so in the enquiry or contact Apolo directly.
