Referral Disclosure

Apolo Wellness may receive a referral fee or commission if you choose to book a service with an independent provider introduced through our website. This commercial relationship does not make the provider an employee, agent or branch of Apolo Wellness. Providers remain responsible for their own services, quotations, contracts, insurance, licences and customer care. Any customer-facing Apolo fee will be disclosed before the customer agrees to proceed.

Independent providers

Pet relocation, boarding, grooming, veterinary care, pet transport and other referred services featured or arranged through Apolo Wellness are delivered by independent third-party providers. Apolo helps collect enquiries and make introductions but is not the provider of those services unless expressly stated.

What this means in practice

• Apolo does not perform relocation, boarding, grooming, veterinary or transport services itself
• Providers we introduce are independently responsible for their own pricing, contracts, licensing and insurance
• Any Apolo fee charged directly to a customer would be disclosed before you proceed. This is separate from a referral fee a provider may pay Apolo
• Your enquiry details are only shared with a provider after you give consent on the enquiry form
