How we select partners
Meet Lu
Apolo began with a genuine love of dogs and the belief that owners deserve personal, dependable support.
Starting with dog walking in Athens created the opportunity to work closely with dogs and their owners. It also revealed how difficult it can be to know who to contact when you need boarding, grooming, transport or help planning an international move.
Apolo is now growing carefully from a personal dog-walking service into a wider pet concierge. The aim is not to pretend that Apolo provides every specialist service directly. The aim is to understand what each owner needs, develop genuine relationships with suitable local businesses and help customers identify the right next step.
The provider network is still being built. New profiles, guides and case studies will only be published when there is real information worth sharing.

Is Apolo a pet relocation company?
Apolo Wellness is a pet concierge and referral service. We collect and review customer requirements and, where a suitable independent provider is available, may propose an introduction. The transport and relocation work are performed by those providers.
Does Apolo move pets itself?
Apolo does not currently perform international pet transportation directly.
Does Apolo provide dog walking?
Yes. Dog walking is provided directly by Apolo in Palaio Faliro, Alimos and Kalamaki, subject to availability and suitability.
How does Apolo choose providers?
Apolo reviews each provider individually and, where possible, meets the team or visits the facility before proposing an introduction. Our public partner profiles are still being prepared.
Does Apolo charge customers for making an introduction?
Any customer-facing fee would be clearly disclosed before you proceed. Apolo may also receive a referral fee or commission from an introduced provider — see our Referral Disclosure.
Will my details be shared automatically?
No. Personal information is only shared with an independent provider after you give clear consent, which is separate from your consent for Apolo to review and respond to your enquiry.
